Heladyne builds practical, well-engineered hardware for demanding environments.
We are a small team of engineers with backgrounds in aerospace, robotics, advanced manufacturing, and defense technology. Our focus is designing and producing specialized hardware that solves real operational problems.
Heladyne started the same way many hardware companies do — by building something we needed ourselves. Our first product, a center console for the Piper 6XT, came from a simple frustration: water bottles rolling around the cockpit, iPads sliding everywhere, and nothing on the market that actually fixed it. So we designed one.
That philosophy still drives us today. If a piece of equipment doesn’t exist, or existing solutions fall short, we design and build something better.

The Heladyne team has spent the past decade designing systems across aerospace, robotics, and defense technology.
Our experience spans unmanned systems, energetic systems, firearms platforms, and embedded electronics — working at both the component level and full system level.
This background allows us to approach product design from a systems perspective, ensuring that the hardware we build integrates cleanly into larger platforms and operates reliably in real-world conditions.
